About me

Who I am

I’m Aritz Pozo. From a very early age, I’ve been driven by curiosity—by the need to understand how things work, especially technology.

I grew up surrounded by computers, but also with the idea that knowledge is a tool for building, not just for knowing.

What started as curiosity quickly became a craft: from a young age, I worked with systems and web development. Over time, my focus has remained clear: to simplify complexity and create solutions that not only work, but can be understood and used.

Because in the end, technology is not the goal—it’s the means to improve people’s lives.

Philosophy

I believe technology only has value when it simplifies complexity and improves the lives of the people running the business.

I don’t believe in digital transformations disconnected from reality, nor in shiny solutions that nobody uses. I believe in clear systems, executable processes, and coherent decisions.

My philosophy is built on three principles:

Operations come first

If we don’t understand how the company really works, any system will fail.

People are the system’s limit

When there is resistance, it’s not a human problem—it’s a design problem.

Technology is a means, not an end

Its purpose is to create visibility, reduce friction, and sustain execution—not to impress.

How I work

My way of working is direct, structured, and progressive. I always follow the same secuence:

I work best with leadership and product teams, in small or medium-sized environments where autonomy, clear standards, and real execution are valued.

1. Understand real operations

I analyze processes, frictions, and decisions as they actually happen day to day—not how they’re documented.

2. Design executable structure

I define processes and priorities that can be followed naturally, without constant supervision or dependence on key individuals.

3. Align people and technology

I work on adoption, roles, and resistance points, and implement ERP, CRM, or custom systems only when they truly support operations and can scale.

4. Stabilize and sustain

I use metrics and triggers to detect deviations early and correct them before they become problems.

Philosophy

I believe in the power of technology to simplify people’s lives and improve business productivity. My approach has always been to deliver effective solutions that not only solve problems, but also drive innovation within each organization.

I strongly believe that information technology is one of our greatest assets in the 21st century. We live in the age of information, and there should be no misuse of it.
